NOTE:
- Nel weekend di gara si terra' il briefing solo per la categoria Iron Individuale. Gli atleti partecipanti a 70.3 e Staffette troveranno una copia del briefing nel pacco gara e sono pregati di leggerlo tutto con attenzione.
- Il briefing per gli atleti della gara Iron individuale sara' un riassunto delle regole esposte nel regolamento qui scaricabile. Si invitano tutti gli atleti a prenderne preventiva visione.

PASTA PARTY - VENERDI 24 SETTEMBRE

Si rinnova la piacevole tradizione che vuole il Ristorante Orecchietteria da Gianni ospitare gli atleti per lo splendido pasta-party del venerdi antecedente la gara. Anche quest'anno quindi l'appuntamento e' per tutti a Venerdi 24 alle ore 19.30 presso la struttura del ristorante nei pressi dell'Aeroporto di La Pila a circa 2km dal centro di Marina di Campo.
Gli atleti iscritti all'iron individuale e staffetta troveranno nel pacco gara un ticket per accedere gratuitamente alla festa, mentre gli iscritti a Elbaman 70.3 (oltre ad eventuali amici e parenti) possono acquistare il ticket al costo di 15euro l'uno presso l'ufficio iscrizioni.
Dato il limitato numero dei ticket extra (circa 120) e' pero' consigliato prenotarli con anticipo inviando una E-mail (entro e non oltre il 20 Settembre).

- Only a race briefing for Iron distance individual will be held during race weekend. Athletes competing in 70.3 and relay race will find a copy of the written briefing in the starter package. Please read it carefully.
- Indiviudal Iron briefing will be a general summary of all details in the race rules booklet. We inivte all athletes to read it in advance.

PASTA PARTY - FRIDAY 24 SEPTEMBER

Nice tradition of the Friday Pasta Party at Ristorante Orecchietteria da Gianni continues. As of every year the appointment is on 7.30pm at the restaurant located in La Pila, near the airport about 2km far away from Marina di Campo center.
Iron individual and relay team athletes will find a ticket inside the starter package. 70.3 athletes, friends and family memeber need to buy a ticket at the registration office for participating. Ticket costs 15euro and it is adviced to book it in advance sending an E-mail (within 20 September).
Ticket available are limited (about 120places).
