WITHDRAWAL AND ENTRY FEE REFUND
In order to withdraw from entry list, the registered person has to write e-mail to iscrizioni@nextrace.net, writing her/his bank data account (including IBAN and SWIFT/BIC code, name and address of the bank).
No refund can be claimed starting from 01.08.2024 (except for athletes with insurrance)
TRANSFER REGISTRATION TO 2025
Only participants with insurance can claim he right to transfer the entry to 2025. The transfer undergoes the following rules:
- it’s possible until 31.08.2024. After this date, it’s not more possibile to transfer the registration.
- it can not be transferred to another athlete
- it’s valid only for 2025, It means, that it can not be transfered to another future edition of Elbaman and it can not be further transfered in future.
- it’s accepted only for halth reasons, that prevent the participants in competing in the race. Health reasons must be proved with a medical certification.
If an athlete has not purchased the insurrance, she/he is not allowed to transfer the entry to 2025.
Refunds specified in table refer only to entry fee and they don’t include the extra fee paid to service provider or insurrance. They can not be refunded.

NOTES:
- (1) Refund is calculated on the entry fee paid excluding extra fee due to service provider. The extra fee can not be refunded.
- (2) Insurance fee is not calculated in the refund. It can not be refunded,
NAME TRANSFER TO ANOTHER PERSON
- Name transfer is possible until 13.09.2024
- Name transfer made after 25.08.2024 will not allow bib’s number and t-shirt size updates. The replacing athlete receives a bib number with the old owner name printed on it and t-shirt size already chosen.
- There is no waiting list. If a participants need a substitute, she(he has the responsibility to find her/him. The organizer has not responsibility about ir.
- Transfer name for individuals costs 10euro (until 31.07.24) or 20euro (from 01.08 until 13.09.2024). The fee has to be paid cash when picking up race number.
- Transfer name for relay member is free (until 31.07.234) or it costs 10euro (from 01.08 until 13.09.2024). The fee has to be paid cash when picking up race number.
