SWIM
A water station is located at the end of swim leg.
BIKE
3 Aid station each loop in S.Ilario – Pomonte – Procchio.
Elbaman73 competitors pass not through S.Ilario station and have 2 station each lap.
Aid stations distribute:
- Water and Iso in bike bottle
- Bars
- Gels
- Bananas
- Other solid (i.e walnuts, raisins). They have to be collected stopping at the station. No hand deliver.
RUN
4 Aid stations each lap
Aid stations distribute:
- Water, Iso and Cola in cups
- Bars
- Gels
- Bananas
- Oranges
- Warm tea
- Other solid (i.e walnuts, raisins).
- Sponges
PERSONAL
You can use personal aid-station both on bike and run. Please refer to rule-book for details
